Once you're signed in with your Apple ID, open the Apple Podcasts app and see if it works. I highly recommend that you take a moment to Back up your device before continuing. You should only take these steps if you've tried the steps above and it still doesn't work. You'll have to add all of this back in again. This includes wallpapers, Wi-Fi passwords, font sizes, screen brightness, and yes, Apple Pay.
